VPW and Nick Aldis present an exciting opportunity for training professional wrestlers on Sunday October 2nd: A full day training seminar with Nick Aldis, better known as TNA Wrestling Superstar ‘Magnus’ and formerly ‘Oblivion’ from Gladiators on Sky 1.

This seminar is a great opportunity for everyone from complete beginners to established wrestlers looking for tips on how to make it to the next level.
Nick Aldis has been a TNA Superstar since January 2009 after making a huge impact on British Television as ‘Oblivion’, the trash-talking star of Gladiators. At the time, Nick was the youngest man on the TNA roster at 21 years of age. Now 24, Nick, as Magnus, has held IWGP and TNA World Tag Titles, has worked with Sting, Kurt Angle, Mr Anderson, Team 3D, Booker T, Scott Steiner, AJ Styles, Samoa Joe and many more. Nick has received training and guidance from some of the best minds in the business including Terry Taylor, known for helping to train Shawn Michaels and HHH among countless other superstars. Nick is known for having one of the best physiques in the business today, and has been featured in Men’s Fitness, Muscle and Fitness and countless other fitness publications. Nick also has a monthly column in FSM, the UK’s no.1 pro wrestling magazine

Training with a wrestler currently under contract has a number of advantages, the main advantage being that you will learn about what Talent scouts and Creative teams are currently looking for, and you get a handle on the way the current superstars work so that you can learn what it takes to get an opportunity to be a superstar yourself.

The session will consist of pro wrestling training, including wrestling, interviews, entrances and character development. It will also consist of a physique workshop, where Nick will evaluate your current diet and training program, and make suggestions and adjustments to help you get in your best shape. The VPW facility has gym and workout equipment in addition to a full-sized wrestling ring, so you will spend the day learning every element of what it takes to succeed in wrestling.
